In this accessible, entry level workshop The Satori Lab will will take you through the issues around understanding organisational culture and give you simple tools and approaches that you can take back into your organisation and apply the next day.
The 1 day workshop will cover:
the theory around organisational culture and systems thinking
different approaches to measuring culture: their strengths and weaknesses
qualitative approaches to understanding deep cultural assumptions
quantitative approaches to understanding the real networks in your organisation
The workshop will: combine theory with practical exercises and give you the opportunity to try different mapping and discovery approaches.
The 1 day workshop will start at 10am & finish at 4pm
