Have you noticed that in every technology, digital and transformation everyone agrees that “culture is crucial” or even “it’s all about the culture”. And yet they then don’t do anything about the culture.

Culture is complex. It emerges from the assumptions, unspoken agreements and norms that have been negotiated between people across the organisation over many years.

Would
you like to understand and reveal the key aspects of culture in your organisation that will affect the successful delivery of your project?
Would you like to include cultural discovery in the planning and delivery of transformation?
Would you like to talk to your colleagues about culture on the basis of evidence and data?

If the answer to these questions is “YES”, the good news is that you can!

In this accessible, entry level workshop The Satori Lab will will take you through the issues around understanding organisational culture and give you simple tools and approaches that you can take back into your organisation and apply the next day.

the theory around organisational culture and systems thinking
different approaches to measuring culture: their strengths and weaknesses
qualitative approaches to understanding deep cultural assumptions
quantitative approaches to understanding the real networks in your organisation

The workshop will: combine theory with practical exercises and give you the opportunity to try different mapping and discovery approaches.
