HOW did Local Authorities & other Local Gov organisations respond to the Covid19 Pandemic?

WHAT Transformation took place under a set of extreme circumstances and what can be learnt/understood and taken forward?

How IMPORTANT is DIGITAL INCLUSION moving forward in the New Normal?

HOW can Local Gov in the region SUPPORT each other?

 

Using a virtual event platform that will allow for roundtable discussions and networking on interactive whiteboards/mics/cameras, we are going to look to create a “Playbook” for each region that can be accessed and added to by all LocalGov in that region but also viewed by other regions and also create a National Playbook so that learnings & experience can be saved to access in a crisis next time.

There will be 4 x 2.5 hour sessions running from:

Thursday 23rd July: 2:00pm – 4:30pm

What technology and new ways of working have worked best

Friday 24th July: 10am – 12:30pm
Friday 24th July: 1:30pm – 4pm

There will be a 6 workshops throughout the day on topics including:

Digital Inclusion & Accessibility
Digital Leadership in a Crisis
Community Engagement & Collaboration
Automation – Accelerating Service Delivery in the New Normal

These workshops will also be attended by peers from Local Gov organisations in the MIDLANDS and provide the opportunity to network during roundtable discussions
