Further to our Introduction to LocalGov Digital Evolution session (recording can be viewed here) and more regarding where the LocalGov Digital Evolution process has come from (can be read here), we are going to be running 4 x interactive 90 minute workshops looking at the 4 stages of the Local Gov Digital Evolution process.

These workshops are suited for those managing or that are key members of Digital & Service innovation teams in Local Authorities

Led by Made Tech’s Head of Local Government, Glen Ocskó, this workshop will focus on how traditional approaches to deliveries are currently restricting the levels of innovation and growth organisations can attain.

By exploring an evolutionary approach, local authorities will not only be able to deliver services at pace, but also enable accelerated learning and development by reflecting on what worked and what didn’t. Through the adoption of agile methodologies, you are not only increasing the speed at which services are able to be delivered but providing yourself with the foundations for continued learning and development.

Key Takeaways:

Why working in traditional ways is currently stifling innovation and growth within organisations.

Why agile methodologies will enable accelerated service deliveries.

How an evolutionary approach will set the foundation for accelerated and sustained learning.
