Further to our Introduction to LocalGov Digital Evolution session (recording can be viewed here) and more regarding where the LocalGov Digital Evolution process has come from (can be read here), we are going to be running 4 x interactive 90 minute workshops looking at the 4 stages of the Local Gov Digital Evolution process.

These workshops are suited for those managing or that are key members of Digital & Service innovation teams in Local Authorities

Made Tech’s Head of Local Government Glen Ocskó leads this workshop on how the current processing of data within local authorities is restricting digital evolution and development.

Glen will explain how taking an evolutionary approach to digital strategy will help local authorities in unlocking their data from legacy systems and enable them to use this insight to their fullest potential.

Through these methods, organisations will be given the tools and sustainable foundations to make better and faster decisions that respond to the needs of their service users.

Key Takeaways:

How traditional data processing is killing your organisation’s digital evolution and development.

The power of data within decision making.

How taking an evolutionary approach to unlocking data from legacy platforms will enable an organisation to make faster and better decisions.
