Further to our Introduction to LocalGov Digital Evolution session (recording can be viewed here) and more regarding where the LocalGov Digital Evolution process has come from (can be read here), we are going to be running 4 x interactive 90 minute workshops looking at the 4 stages of the Local Gov Digital Evolution process.

These workshops are suited for those managing or that are key members of Digital & Service innovation teams in Local Authorities.

Hosted by Made Tech’s Head of Local Government Glen Ocskó, this workshop will examine the value of upskilling and empowering your existing staff to become digital-first with new ways of working.

When you embed knowledge sharing practices within your projects, you can not only set the foundations for continued learning and development within your own teams but even begin to apply digital processes to non-tech projects.

This evolutionary approach to skills enablement will allow teams to gain a higher understanding of their users’ needs and in turn reap the benefits of keeping citizens at the heart of digital evolution.

Key Takeaways:

The value of building internal skills, and how to take control of your own digital journey.

How digital approaches can be applied to non-tech projects

The value of putting users at the heart of every aspect of digital evolution.
