In this excellent session supported by Placecube and a number of their Local Gov customers, we got to hear from the following:

Gavin Beckett, Chief Product Officer at Placecube shared some product developments and LG client successes (00.00m – 09.25m)

Alex Douglas, Senior Product Manager at the Royal Borough of Greenwich shared how a joint Placecube and RBG team have co-designed and delivered a user centred “View My Council Tax Bill” service. (09.25m – 19.08m)

Will McLean, Head of Digital Delivery at Northumberland County Council explained how the council had joined with Rugby, Dorset and Placecube to collaboratively design and develop a second iteration of Digital Place’s Customer Contact Management cube. (19.08m – 35.25m)

Gavin Beckett, Chief Product Officer at Placecube will share the work they have been doing on the DHLUC Local Digital Funded Low Code Waste Services project led by Rugby Borough Council. (35.25m – 51.58m)
