The team @ Govmetric never disappoint with their sessions at LocalGovCamp and this year was no exception.
They facilitated a highly interactive workshop session that was based on a real-life project they had undertaken with Wokingham Borough Council using Data Driven Decision Making (DDDM).
They talked about the different stages of DDDM:

Analyse data for insights
Take action
Measure results
Provided a DDDM template (which is provided below) and identified how they used the template in the Wokingham project.
