Booking Lab’s first LocalGovCamp session looked at how Local Gov should be designing GOOD Booking Services and focused on:
Understand how we can improve citizen/staff exp with good booking services
Be able to apply the 15 principles of good design to booking services
Understand the two approaches to designing GOOD booking services
To share knowledge & work together to evaluate design choices
Both the citizen & staff experience of the solution was looked at.
