This session run by Local Gov Robotic Process Automation (RPA) experts, NDL, saw the attendees learn how various councils across the UK are using RPA for different functions, automation mundane tasks which mean that skilled people can then focus on more important tasks.
They also got to compete against a Bot in completing a form and also discussed in breakout sessions how RPA might work in their organisations.
