This session looked at how Rhondda Cynon Taf CBC & Stirling Council are both using the Engage Process Modeller tool to remove waste from their Waste & Recycling services to improve efficiencies for their organisations, their staff & citizens.
DARE to Transform: Service Design Methodology: Torfaen CBC
Great session run by Nicola Ratcliffe, Digital Lead @ Torfaen CBC with support from Engage Process Founder, Ted Twaalfhoven and Commercial Manager, Dick Langeveld.
The objectives of DARE to Transform include cashable savings, maintaining service delivery, time/efficiency savings and service improvements. The DARE to Transform programme uses a variety of tools and techniques, including the Engage Process modeller, to support service design and redesign.
